Team at the New Year's reception

Team New Year's reception 2024

A New Year's reception as a joint start to the year: productive, warm, fun and delicious. We look forward to the adventures ahead at STZ-RIM!

We welcomed the new year with a team New Year's reception.

Our Managing Partner Prof. Dr. Jörg W. Fischer shared the strategy and goals for 2024 in a town hall meeting and provided us with all the relevant information for the next steps.

As Feel Good Manager, I took the opportunity to ask the entire team about their wishes for 2024: what team events do the employees want to attend, what can we improve in our premises and workplaces or are there any issues in collaboration that should be addressed? The brainstorming session was very productive and now it's time to implement Wünsche🧚‍♀️

It was a great opportunity for the whole team to get together in a large group and talk - not only about professional topics, but also about personal experiences during the Christmas vacations. It was a wonderful opportunity to have a relaxed chat with colleagues, including those who rarely come into the office and work from home.

This joint start to the new year was not only very productive, but also warm, fun and delicious. Of course, we didn't neglect our physical well-being and rounded off this successful kick-off.

A little anecdote at the end: everyone receives a fortune cookie at the New Year's reception, which is a tradition. One of our Senior Consultants had this saying in the cookie: "Your methods are proving to be exemplary. Keep up the good work." - It's kind of cool when you do method consulting, isn't it? 😊

We look forward to the upcoming adventures at STZ-RIM in this still fresh year 2024!
