Working Student for PLM, ERP & Digitalization (m/f/d)

These could be your new, exciting tasks

• As a working student at STZ-RIM, your responsibilities can vary greatly. Basically, you support our junior consultants in the implementation of the digitalization strategy in the areas of PLM & ERP at well-known, medium-sized companies.
• You will relieve the junior consultants within the project activities of current customer projects. In addition, research activities are always required, as the business field in which we operate is in a state of flux and new developments are constantly influencing our work.
• While you get your first taste of consulting, you analyze actual processes together with our experts and understand how a company works.
• This will give you insight into holistic solution concepts in the areas of product creation, production and logistics and track the implementation of the
  Solution concepts
• You are also welcome to work with us across departments if a topic particularly interests you. It is important that you actively contribute your strengths and interests to the team and our department.
• There is also the possibility to write your thesis with us. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our requirements for you

• You are in the final semesters of your bachelor's degree or are currently doing your master's degree (preferably in the field of: mechanical engineering, business informatics, computer science, business sciences with a technical connection or a comparable course of study).
• You have the willingness to familiarize yourself with new unfamiliar topics and to adapt to the dynamic conditions of the consulting business.
• In your work, you are methodical and do not shy away from complex contexts.
• We expect a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work in a team.
• Your MS-Office skills are application-safe.
• You have fluent written and spoken German.

With this you inspire us

• You find topics around digitalization, PLM, ERP and production management exciting.
• You have an affinity for business processes and are eager to understand them.
• You are interested in how the IT systems that run these processes work.
• Consulting or industry experience is a plus but not a must.
• You have initial experience with SAP/ERP SAP/S4 Hana and PLM systems such as Teamcenter or CIM-Database.
